length limit on the valuejet 1604

Hello

is there a limit to the length of a banner i can print on the mutoh valuejet 1604? i'm printing a 20 foot banner and it stopped shortly after the 12 foot mark. the end of the print shows the cut marks so it seems the printer thinks that is the end of the print.

any help will be appreciated.

Max length for a single print should be 200ft on that printer.

The cut marks are generated by the RIP, not the printer.
So the RIP thinks it is done.
Check your RIP settings and max length.
