Month ago i gave a quote for full reflective 10x40 ft billboards @ 6k (no installation was required)
Today i find out that this company is going with a hutterite community, who quoted them full reflective billboard at $500 + some and taxes. I even asked for a paper quote, they will forward it to me and i will shear it also.

How the f can you even buy decent enough materials for that price? I am not even talking about end product.

Shocked!

P.S. On top of that, they printed them 2000 pieces of 8x8 inch decals (laminated) for $250 plus tax. LOL.

wait until it's fully installed. I had this kind of ''trouble'' in the past. Ended up it was completely another material or specifications.

Like quoting for a custom LED backlit panel with print and ending for a coroplast.

what is a hotterite? Nevermind, it's hutterite and they are like the Amish race. They might be using a mafia like the Amishes. Strong arm sales and all that stuff.

This doesn't sound possible...... even for a group like them.

Not putting down a religious group, but unless they found the material under a rock already printed....... $500 just is unbelieveable. Either measurements or material or something is outta sync here.

Keep us posted, I would really like to know the outcome of this!

I have a feeling they will realize them made a mistake once they start setting up for the job, they may have thought they were talking inches not feet.

You would think the HUGE price difference would set off some alarm bells! When i'm looking for a contractor and one of them quotes WAY lower than the others like that, I throw the quote away, they either forgot something or they have no idea what they are doing.

Yeah, friend of mine, who works with quotes for that company will email me that quote, because i HAVE TO SEE IT. And they also will snap a picture of end result for me also.

You are all forgetting the feeding of the 5,000 with just 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread at a rock concert long long ago.
The price per meal per person fed had to be well below the local retail cost.....
