We have 2 summa's a 160 and 140 both opos cam models using 60 degree cutting general formulations 220 - 6-mil. We are running into problems when we get the 90 degree angle rectangular or square die cut stickers.
I slowed down the speed to 18IPS and made sure to test my blade depth with masking tape on top of cut surface, pushing down blade holder and making sure it cuts all the way through without cutting into the tape below. (Learned this from someone for longevity of blades.
I usually cut at 22IPS and have no problems, thought slowing it down would be more helpful but no enchilada.
I was thinking maybe adding in an overcut like .01 mm, slowing down more? Maybe I am using the wrong blade? How can I fix this?
