Lexan

I have to cut a stencil into 4 - 30 mil sheets of lexan.

These will be handicap stencils for parking lots. They will use them for painting the logo onto parking lots.

What would be the best way to achieve this?

I suppose it depends what you're comfortable with, but I would find a knife to be much easier.
