ok so I cannot do anything with my sc540 at the moment.
When i turn it on into service mode, i cant set the sheet because the is a problem with the encoder, I have changed the strip and gone to service menu to try to set it but it keeps on say linear encoder failed. I am thinking it may be the encoder module, but really dont know unless i change, i have tech coming out on monday, which i would like to avoid but at this stage seems i have no choice, has anyone else had this happen, im going to flip the encoder strip up the way but im not sure that will work either, if anyone can help, much appreciated!
