Loading printed material

I was wondering how most of you load your printed material in your cutter. I use a Graphtec FC7000-75 30". I have been loading the material from the front and aligning the rego marks to the groove just forward of the cutting strip. Works pretty good most of the time. Do any of you align to the marks on the right side of the cutter housing and if so how are the results?

I mostly always use the right side marks. It helps with tracking in long prints (8-10ft+) Every once in a while the machine will throw you a mark scan error. I then just re-adjust and try again.
