Depends on what the bulk of your work is and the kind of equipment you have.
As far as location, I've found that a minimal investment in advertising can easily overcome a bad location as long as it's only a little tough to find and not tough to get to.
The combination of advertising and a good location would bring me in far more work than I'd want to deal with. Also far more expense than I care to have to worry about.
