Locked port

Hi: i have a locked USB port on my Roland SP300 that I am unable to unlock. In the past I have simply turned the machine off and unplugged the usb and power cords for a few minutes and plugged them back in and presto the printer was fine. However now I am unable to communicate from the compuer to the Printer. I have checked the cables and the computer so it has to be in the printer. Has anyone had similiar experiences with their machine???

had a problem like that replaced the usb cables and worked fine

I got it Fixed!

Hi: Unfortunately I had to replace the main mother board Ouch!!!!!!
$1400 just for the board plus installation-
