i hate to post when i don't have something better to offer but something about the woosh doesn't feel right. if it were coming from (or incorporated into) the first or last letter (which wouldn't work here) it might look more like it belonged.
it almost looks like you were writing... and went back to dot the "i" before you finished writing the word.
the eye likes to see things that have either a clockwise appearance or a read left to right appearance.
the woosh leads your eye back to the "i" before you even finish reading the logo, so it feels abrupt.
my eye never gets to the "L" .com or verbiage below.
also, would look more professional without the stars and NO .com, just not appropriate for a logo.
