Logo Design Help

Hey all...I've been pretty slammed lately with everything. Can one of you logo design experts throw this into a nice logo design real quick? I would need an illustrator (preferably) file for this eventually. My budget would be about $40.00 for this...it would be greatly appreciated. Will be for bulletins, future banners, signs, business cards, T-shirts, the Main Sign for the church, brochures, etc.

Just do what the majority of everyone on here does. Get some clip art or google pic and copy an idea and type a font and there you go.
