A local school is having a their shirts printed with the exact same logo as an NBA team. It is a "C" with a SWORD running up through it. Not being printed by me, but another local printer.
Is it common practice for schools to steal logos these days? Where I grew up every school had a different logo. Even the teams like the Falcons, Eagles, Patriots and Vikings had completely different logos from the pro or college teams.
I want to add the rhinestone process (which no one is doing) to my business and want to get it to the local schools in the area.
I am just not sure about using that logo.
And by the way, all of my kids have gone to this school.
