Logo Help

We are currently working on a logo for a local municipality and I need some help. Let me see if I can expalin this correctly- we have the image and for the most part it is vectored (couple of areas need some detail work) and what we need is someone who can I guess in photo shop or a better program (flexi) than we have to bevel various edges and they we need to apply a contour cut.

Can anyone help me out here? If so I can send you the file.

Thanks just sent it to the doctor and hopefully he can help. I thought the beveling had to be done in photoshop (not sure thought). I will await his answer.

Well no go on the vector doctor. Says no function in AI can match or do this and the bevels are photoshop. Any ideas here? They had another company doing this and they are cut images (we have one) and they will not sell the file back to the owner. Is tracing the picture to get a contour cut the answer??
