is there a website for customers that we haven't heard of yet? while we are over here talking about what pains they can be, they are on their site saying stuff like "ok, on Monday, we all call our sign people as ask for the design to pop, it will drive them crazy". it seems like we all get hit with the same stuff so I am thinking they are out there in their "members" only site laughing at how they messed with us.
