Looking for suggestions (from actual experience) from users as to which specific contour cut blades seem to have the longest life for general printed laminated vinyl. A part number would be great! I am a tech in South Florida and get frequent requests for such a recommendation from my customers.

    Thanks!

OEM Rolands direct from Japan. Worked great, zero issues. Sorry no part number. Blades went along when I sold the printer.

30º lasts longer than 45 or 60 but not good for small details. Other than that any OEM is good, all the chinese are rubbish. Just avoid good quality reflective vinyl - it contains glass

Thanks for the feedback. I also posted in the Digital Printing forum and had 3 solid recommendations for Clean Cut blades. I have ordered some blades from Clean Cut for evaluation. https://www.cleancutblade.com/
