Ya know i have a HP 4550 also.. YOu can find them on ebay.. as i believe they are no longer made. We also get our OEM toner on ebay too.. as they are the best prices.. But we only use the OEM toner... ...

What about Okidata?

Their toners cost less, but they do have individual drums.

Refill kits are $50.00 each color aftermarket And OEM $120.00 for black and $199.00 colors

2nd hand lasers on ebay- like the lexmark c910- are good- they're a heavy duty unit built to last. A3 size, too!

With most cheap HP's you pay more for new toner than the printer itself hence the printer costs "nothing" haven't had much sucess with toner refills (konica Minolota) but would appreciate advice on where to go for refills with a HP2600N. I would get an all in one for the simple fact it can make color copies with one button - plus they are coming down in price.
