I'm looking for a material that will print on latex 360/570 that can be used as a roller banner/roller cassette. must be blackout and preferably have a downloadable profile

With a latex 360/570 why would you want a downloadable profile?

I usually recommend to visit PrintOS – Media Locator you can filter by printer and substrate.

Call Grimco. They sell latex printers and Banner material. They should be able to get you what you need.
