Looking for a source for custom shaped metal tags

I'm looking to recreate the attached tags for a customer who is restoring an old mini bike. Does anyone have the capabilities to do something like this or know a vendor who can do this? I have vector artwork. It needs to be made like the attached photo and then the customer will stamp the rest of the numbers needed.

That is a laser marked metal plate.. If you call al local laser shop they could probably help you out...

Otherwise get in touch with ID PLATES .. They are very helpful.
