Here is an idea ...
1. download this image (if its the new one) -->http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/OTg5WDE2MDA=/z/Fz8AAMXQAx9RSbLz/$T2eC16h,!)UE9s3wEgQ9BRSbLzTFjg~~60_12.JPG
2. Redraw it in Illustrator at the same size
3. Measure a straight line piece from the actual RZR (example look at the straight line by the gas tank)
4. Re scale the entire vector drawing by using that line you measured.
5. Not sure if the rest is proportioned and design right but that should fit.
P.S. I needed a Lacrosses template and did that. All I did was measure one part of the helmet and scaled all using that as a guide and the template fit perfectly. I was able to do a test off a laser printer though cus its a much smaller piece.
Just an idea, I'm a rookie, so sorry if this is not a good solution.
