To All: PLEASE HELP:
Some history: I am the original owner of a D200x Gerber router system. This unit was installed by MidWest Sign and Supply company the Gerber distributor in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area 13 years ago. The ARTPath disks were kept by them. Why?
The dongle number is 590273.
I have dismantled my studio because of health reasons.
My Dilemma: The computer that runs this machine runs on Windows 98. Finicky Windows 98. I have sold this router.
During the move something occurred to the ARTPath software. What I don't know!
It comes on with an "invalid code" message and we can go no further.
What I need: I need the disks for ARTPath 4.3, so my buyer can reinstall this software.
MidWest tells me they don't ever take disks, right!
Gerber says it's too old and is no longer supported. Upgrade they say. Very expensive. The buyer does not want to do this. The unit was running just fine in June of this year!
My Solution: To come to this forum and ask, no plead, with all of you for a fix or maybe one of you are still running this software and I could pay for a one time use only install.
