The original Dukes of Hazzard logotype is Hobo.

The logotype for the 2005 remake is obviously a custom design, although it appears to have been based on a few different fonts. Clarendon would be a decent starting point.

You should still post an image next time. If you're going to ask for help, the least you can do is save the people who are nice enough to help you from having to look up the image you're referencing, or guessing what it is you want.

It really should also go without saying that if you're posting a request here, you've already tried most or all of the font identifiers at WhatTheFont, WhatFontIs, Fontsquirrel, Identifont, etc.
