Looking for edge safe carbon fiber material

I believe rtape sells that material but not sure if they make rolls for the gerber.

These look like they're solvent printed to me. I would do them as solvent or latex prints personally.
Avery sells some specialty films (100 series), but I am not sure if they're available in 15" punched.

We have converted some specialty color films here into strips, and then laminated them onto the plastic 15" punched backer material and Edge printed/cut them.

Carbon fibre films have a slight texture to them, which usually does not work with the edge, it leaves dropouts.

the original helmets look like a metallic/foil base w the texture embedded in the material and digitally printed on top.

i do like the 3M textured laminate idea. print on media you can, lam w the clear carbon, cut and enjoy! good find Walsh
