Can anyone help me get a Firmware downgrade? I think it's 2.17 i need.
I want to be able to do some troubleshooting and setup on my FalconII Outdoor (recently purchased used) without having to worry about the "inks not original" warning.
I have several partial cartridges that the printer won't recognize even though they're original Mutoh cartridges and also I need to determine if the printheads are shot and/or install new ones.
I'll probably re-upgrade to the newer firmware with wave printing capability afterwards, but a downgrade would help a ton right now.
