Looking for Flex Face Suggestions

Good Morning Signs101!
I always come to this site for suggestions & now this will be my first post.

I have a pretty large sign cabinet that currently holds a W: 15' x H: 10' Lexan face. The sign is currently separated into 2 parts (top is lexan & bottom is a reader board).

We are looking to replace the lexan/reader board with a flex face sign. As of now, I have never worked with flex face & am looking for some suggestions and tips/tricks from the community.

I have a few questions to begin with, but any insight would be greatly appreciated!

- Best type of hardware for flex face
- Best type of hardware converting a regular 2" retainer to flex face hardware
- How thick of flex face material would you recommend for a sign this large (W: 15' x H: 10")
- How much material would I need to ensure the hardware grips properly. i.e. If the sign is 15' wide do I need an additional 4" or does it need to be larger on each side

If there is anything that I am missing, please let me know.

I'm looking forward to your responses & suggestions!
Thank You For Your Time!!
