Looking for Gravograph Rotary Software / Price guidance for new?

I just acquired some gravograph engravers without software M40-Gift units. I have read in the past the software can be pricey. Anyways --

Two questions:
1. Does anyone have a copy with dongle they would like to sell. edit: if so let me know if M40G or gift device shows up in list of units.
2. Does anyone know the approx. list price for gravostyle explorer? I have sent messages in but haven't heard back. To be fair, that was thursday - maybe I should be more patient.
