We do quite a bit of grommets in .032 aluminum signs and my guy is getting tired of drilling. Is there a punch out there that can do a 3/8" diameter hole that anyone knows of.
I can't imagine a hole punch would be much better than using a drill press.. but I could be mistaken. I don't know much about working with that thin metal though.
I got a hole punch kit at harbor Freight (I know) but it works well on aluminum blanks.
It has the hilarious name of Deep Throat Punch. My son uses it on blanks with ease, and even I can use it.
