Stop using your and others vehicles, computers and anything else that creates landfill and atmosphere problems. Once you can say you don't rely on any means or methods of contributing, then begin your quest.

Fix yourself first, then move onto the masses.

Perhaps, but if someone is challenging me, I'd like to believe they are true in what they say and practice what they preach. Until then, it's all about protecting their own beliefs and not challenging oneself, huh ?? A very human type trait. Flawed, but very common.
