Looking for interior signage like this

I've worked with a member here on Braille signs before, but he says that he uses Rowmark and they don't have a similar wood grain (all of theirs are much darker). I'm also not sure if the metal at the bottom came from the manufacturer or the retailer.

BellCo for the win - they had my project quoted 20 minutes after I emailed it to them, and they have an almost perfect match on the background.
I also emailed Cadillac and SynTech but haven't heard back. It was only four hours ago so I'm not faulting them; it was just crazy how fast BellCo got back to me.
