Looking for new scanner

Just had my all in one printer scanner Canon MF 3110 stop Scanning, Looking to replace it. I basicly used just the SCAN feature Any recomendations on a good scanner. What's everyone using. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have the Microtek ScanMaker 9600XL Large Format Scanner 12x17 inch, it does a great job.

Yes, it a great scanner, the 12x17 scanning area is perfect, I like the fact that I can scan a image at 600, 1200, 1600, or even 2400 dpi, so that I can enlarge it if I need to. It will also scan RGB at 48bits.
