Looking for non adhesive translucent

I have a customer that has one of those thin backlit led signs and the print is held in place by the front glass and is sandwiched in. We have the artwork almost ready but cannot find a printer here in canada that prints on a translucent film that does not have adhesive on the back. We have considered having it printed on poster paper but not sure if the light will pass through paper. Does anyone know of a shop here in Ontario Canada that can print this type of film?

You're probably just looking for backlit film.

We have house brand backlit film which we import from China. Pretty good steady product. Our backlit film is for eco solvent/latex printing process. We're bringing in aqueous backlit film in about 1-2 months.
