I had a customer that I did a free great design for and she would accept nothing but the same 5 page brochure that looked a lot like this sign. She had millions of dollars and worked like a mad woman, she said I want it to look like I wrote them by hand and cranked them off of a mimeograph, like I am starving for business and sell my stuff for half price. She worked this way for 40 years and laughed all the way to the bank. Wouldn't be the way I would do it but I can't argue with success.
