Need Help Looking for outdoor banner display hardware

Hey all, it been a little while since I've posted. Hope everyone is thriving! I'm looking for some help. I keep hitting a dead end looking for banner hardware. My client wants 3 sets of hardware mounted on a brick wall so the banners stand off the wall. They want to be able to change out outdoor banners for events throughout the year. Similar to the image below (sorry for the bad quality, this it what was provided to me).... Thanks in advance!

My guess is that was custom manufactured, not an off-the-shelf item.

Check out Formetco.com. They have outdoor banner hardware. Let me know if you can't find it on their website
