Looking for parts for SUMMA DC4sx

Good morning all.
I have a Summa DC4sx that has been very good to me for quite a while, but I just had two of the white rubber roller wheels, that pull the cartridges in and out of the head, just break apart and fall off.
does anyone know if they are replaceable, and if so, where I can purchase them?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

These rollers are referred to as assembly cassette bay rollers and the part number is 420-309. We have them in stock and can ship right away if you need them.
