looking for quote to produce 100 - 3'x2' one color 24 point card stock sign

I have customer looking for 100 - 3' tall x 2' wide red & white. they are using them like picket signs (stapled to stake in middle on back) and the sample looks like about 24 point card stock or something heavy like that.

Who would you all recommend for such a job.
