Looking for service manual Summa F1612.
Any luck? I am trying to find settings/procedures for the adjustable air pressure regulators underneath the table for the HF router, etc.Looking for service manual Summa F1612.
0.6MPa for the main one and 0.125MPa for the secondary.Any luck? I am trying to find settings/procedures for the adjustable air pressure regulators underneath the table for the HF router, etc.
That is what our Summa tech told us when he came out to set up the machine and the secondary wont go down to .125 (air just blows by and out). Summa guy said the pressure regulator is bad and need replaced before using router. We got the new part and the behavior is exactly the same (air blow by and wont go down to .125) with the old and the new part. I assumed this setting cannot be correct is why I was looking for the service manual. So what's next to troubleshoot if the pressure regulator will not go down to .125?0.6MPa for the main one and 0.125MPa for the secondary.
Assuming yes. We purchased this cutter second hand and the previous owner used it mostly for the router function. The Summa tech who came out to verify everything and test the machine and train us, ran the burn in on the router and did some test cuts. The router works, but the pressure regulator won't go down to .125. The Summa tech told us not to use the router in production until the pressure regulator was replaced. Is it installed the right way?
Some sort of manual would be nice so I can verify the connections to the HF router. There are two air lines going to the router. A clear blue line goes into the top of the router and a solid black line goes into the base of the router. The clear blue line comes out of pressure switch #5 under the table and has no air pressure regulator. The black line comes out of pressure switch #6 under the table and has the pressure regulator in-line. Could the original installer have reversed these lines? Idk, and without a full service manual I cannot verify.I don't know.. It's just a off the shelf regulator. This shouldn't be too difficult to figure out. No service manual is going to help you, it's just regular air.
