Looking for sign blanks or kits like these

Has anyone seen kits like these or the Pole mounted Blanks? Please point me in the right direction if you know where something can be bought like this. The big stand up ones are a metal frame with what looks like a poly metal panel screwed to them. The print has a clear slightly
textured coating, not really sure if it's a laminate or what. Any help appreciated!

Shouldn't be too hard to make. Hard to tell if it's a print with a textured laminate; my bet is it is. The hardware is pretty standard stuff; the clamp blocks can be found here http://www.allstatesign.com/posts/pole-mounting and boxes of clamps (all sizes) can be found both at your local hardware store or here http://www.hosexpress.com/clampsandtools/wormgearclamps.htm
