looking for someone to help modify a file

I have an image, that is black and white (and gray scale). I am looking for someone that can modify it in photoshop to change it to red hues. I don't have photoshop, and it is above my skill level in corel (which I don't know that photopaint will work as well.

I can mail the file.

b/w and grayscale are two different entities. Yes, photopaint will do it. You can also do it within coreldraw.

plenty of free online tools at your disposal, as well.
for funsies, and reference to links posted, I just converted an image on my desktop using google searches for "online upload photo edit"

greyscaled using picturetopeople dot org
and then added red color to the greyscaled image via manytools dot org
