looking for stripes with transfer tape applied

Hello all,
I know I know... this is probably a stupid question that I already know the answer to but was hoping someone may know a source for this. I got a customer wanting 8" wide by 150 foot long vinyl striping on a roll but needs it to have transfer tape applied to it so he can install it himself.
I do not have a laminator (have been using the big squeegee for years for lamming and transfer tape). So was wondering if there is possibly a supplier out there that I can get this from.

For a single 8" band with no fancy trimming I am suprised you would need it masked at all. I know my local supplier can cut rolls to size and if it is a solid band I don't see a need to premask.
