Looking for the Clip Art of this Firefighter Eagle?

I am looking for the image source for this attachment. I see multiple vendors online selling products using this artwork, so I am assuming it is in some sort of clip art collection somewhere but I can't find it.
Do you know where I can purchase it?

I couldn't find the source, but if you run your image thru "Upscayl" (free program) it does a really good job on cleaning it up.

I tried running it through our software (Gigapixel) and it does a halfway decent job but I really could use the original file, I need to get this to a print/cut file for their trucks.

I have used that file and never found the original file for it. I did small up scaling with clean up, then do the process again and again till I got it to a usable image.. It took a while
