looking for the right printer setting

Looking to keep up with our current orders and trying to see what setting to run our 1604 at while still getting good quality. Our posters our the only thing slowing us down right now. can anyone help.

Graphics 2 mode 720x720 8 pass or Quality 4 720x720 8 pass should give you outstanding results.

I run Banner 4 mode with wave 1 effect. I've also run some jobs in four pass and it saves huge amounts of time, but I was able to get away with it because it was forgiving art. If you build a new profile use 720 res,720 diffusion, and 4 pass setting in the media manager.

the arlon profile at variable dot graphics 2 is THE best profile for that printer. as far as banners, we use the herculite variable dot setting.
