I suck with the pen tool in any programs, i'd rather just buy it somewhere

draw a box, add some guide lines, add some nodes and pull the top up and the rest.

You might not be able to buy it, that could have easily been something someone just made. Just take some rectangles and a diamond or triangle shape and weld them together. Then make some contours.

Something like this? 30 seconds in Corel. Adobe or any other package should take about as long.

I was about to do one, assumed it might take a minute and got distracted with a phone call.

With all these wonderful tools in front of us, a simple border shape like that shouldn't really stump anybody.

I probably also have it in my Nova 500,000 Clip Art collection.
