Looking for wholesale / trade shop that can weed and add transfer tape

Our shop does a small amount of signs only support or main business of offset and digital printing. We are looking for a wholesale shop that sells to the trade that can print on vinyl, contour cut, weed and add transfer tape. We just don't have the staff to do the weeding of 1,000 - 3,000 9" x 12" with moderate complexity of cutout including a 72 pt. headline. any suggestions are welcome. thx!
