Looking to source a mobile sign stand [Image attached]

Good afternoon,

I have a customer that is looking for some signage for a mall interior similar to this image:


They want something like this that looks nice and can be moved (it has wheels on the back side) I've found mobile sign stands but they all have cheap looking plastic bases and this customer wants something a bit better looking.

Anyone have any idea where I could look?

If I remember correctly, Mission Viejo's city hall stanchions are custom.

I had a feeling they were custom made, but I was hoping there was something out there that was similar. Something at least mobile with a metal base
