Hi all, can anyone point me in the direction of this font? It looks like Bank gothic but is more bold/condensed than any variety i can find. thanks!!

off topic but looking at your avatar/logo, how do you pronounce the name of your company? do you start at the bottom so it reads "a e (or maybe c) s l f"? just wondering how it is pronounced and if it isn't a word, how do you answer the phone? just curious
