Lost my colors in Corel X5

I know that I've seen the answer on here before, and I did do a search.
The thread seems to be in the same place as my color template.
I somehow managed to delete or move my toolbar (or color thing on the side of my screen)
Does anyone remember how to fix this issue? Because I sure don't.
