It's a popular topic on font forums, and they decided that clarendon's as close as you can hope for, but the actual letter shapes are custom, not part of a specific font. In particular the artist would shift around the serifs so that the upper letters overlapped the lower ones just so.

Thanks for the imput. Think vectoring the image might be the best way to go, as I don't have either font mentioned.
