low tack vinyl for eco-solvent inks

Wondering if any one knows of a one time very low tack vinyl similar in texture to presto tape for short/temporary use on vehicles? I have seen this used
for highschool graduation parades. It is easily applied, wringle free and application friendly using eco-solvent inks.
