Need Help LS Engine - FONT ID

Have a gear head that needs an exact font match, but with different wording.

It looks like the font has been stretched, if so what did it start out as?
any font assistance is much helpful

Looks like Eurostile to me (except the LS).

Dodger is pretty close. Just need slight modification
