Need Help LX850 carriage lock up

Hey y'all having a bit of an issue with my lx850. As it is in its loading procedure, the carriage is moving out over the material and on its way back to the carriage end, its locking up giving me a substrate jame error without even having jammed or anything. How long since you change the ridiculously expensive rail sponges? It looks like a lubricación problem.

Re oiled earlier this week, changed, a few months back. Also cleaned the rails earlier this week.
