Mac OSX Lion

Is anyone else terribly irritated by these 2 minor tweaks in Lion?

1.) a 2 finger swipe in a finder window no longer takes me back or forward to a previous folder, it sends me to my dash board with no option to change!

2.) as a design professional, I do a lot of zooming in and out in photoshop and illustrator. the most efficient way to do this is alt+scroll. In Lion, as opposed to Snow Leopard, there is no way to turn off momentum scroll, which makes zooming extremely touchy and downright annoying.

Ok, thats it, just had to get that out there since it annoys the crap out of me every day.

Click "Universal Access"
Select the "mouse and trackpad" tab
Click "trackpad Options..."
Select your option from the drop-down menu next to "Scrolling"
