Has anyone else had any problems printing on this product? We use mactac almost exclusively and we are starting to have problems with the material. We have a Roland VP-540 solvent printer and a Mutoh VJ-2638 eco solvent printer, both have had the same problems. With dark colors that require heavy ink the material does not accept the ink, and the images look spotty.
I have spoke to Mactac and they are discontinuing this product line and suggest a new Gruv material GVC929 which will be out this month. But now I am having the same problems with another Mactatc product JX5929B a 7 year vinyl. Please let me know if you have had any problems with Mactac products recently.
